In My Heart was shortlisted by the Indian publishing industry for the Publishing Next Children’s Book of the Year, and was the runner-up in 2019.
In My Heart was also included in several lists of the best children’s books of 2019, including Top kids' books of 2019 by Indian Publishers and Best Children's Picture Books of 2019.
It also featured in the Times of India’s list of children’s books penned by international celebrity parents.
In July 2020, In My Heart was shortlisted for the annual Neev Book Award for children’s literature.
